Pop-ups · Copenhagen & Europe

One menu. One night.

Temporary dinners, one-night menus and food concepts built for places with character — hosted by Lorenzo across Copenhagen and Europe.

01 The idea

Pop-ups are where Lorenzo can play with format, seasonality and atmosphere — bringing people together around a menu that exists only for that moment.

Two chefs conferring over stockpots in the kitchen

Lorenzo is always looking for galleries, cellars, rooftops, studios, shops and unusual rooms to turn into a one-night restaurant. If you run or know a space with character, this is how it starts.

  • A space with character — a gallery, cellar, rooftop, studio, shop or warehouse.
  • Room for roughly 12 to 40 guests around a shared or counter setup.
  • Access to power and water, or simply space for open-fire and live cooking.
  • An open mind — Lorenzo brings the kitchen, the menu and the team to you.
